Roberta May Interiors takes every care to ensure that descriptions, measurements, colours etc. are correct. Please note that there may be some variation in the colour of goods shown on the website due to the limitations of photographic and web processes and we cannot be held responsible for any variations in colour that may arise caused by your browser or computer software.

We reserve the right to amend prices in the event of a change in VAT.

Orders can be processed directly though this web site.

Roberta May Interiors processes card payments securely via a third party payment system called Payatrader. All transactions are processed using a secure server, whereupon when entering your personal details you will see the ‘padlock’ sign and SSL (The Secure Socket Layer).

Roberta May Interiors does not hold any customer card details and will never pass any of your contact details to any third parties given to us, by you, through email or any other correspondence.

Your right to cancel an order starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive it.

Delivery Charges within the UK

At Roberta May Interiors we try to make the delivery charges as simple as possible. Offering you the option of:

• A standard delivery charge on all orders of £ 4.95
• A special next day delivery with insurance up to £ 500 at £ 8.95
• Delivery of large items sent by courier will be costed at:

  • 0kg - 100kg: £ 54.00
  • 100kg - 150kg: £ 81.00
  • 150kg - 200kg: £ 108.00
  • 200kg - 250kg: £ 135.00
  • 250kg - 300kg: £ 162.00
  • More than 300kg: £ 189.00

Outside the UK please email us for appropriate charges.

If you leave instruction for a parcel to be left in an alternative location e.g. neighbour, we cannot accept responsibility if you do not receive your parcel.

Returns Policy

If you are not entirely delighted with the goods you have chosen, please ensure you return them to us unused within 14 working days after receiving your goods. We will be more than happy to provide a refund or you can exchange them for alternative products. Where your order was paid by credit/debit card a refund can only be issued to the card used to make the original purchase. Your refund will be received by you, within 14 days of us having received the goods in question.

Please keep all the packaging materials and return the goods as they were sent to you.

The items must be returned in the condition they were received including the boxes. All returns must be securely packaged when returned. If the package is lost or stolen you are responsible for claiming compensation from the company you choose to return the goods. A receipt must be secured from the company as proof of having returned the goods as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund return/exchange postage costs, if the item returned is faulty.

Items returned to us that arrive damaged or lost will not be credited. The delivery charge on the original order will not be refunded in this case.

Goods damaged in transit to you will be replaced at no cost with free delivery. Please inform us of any breakage within three days of receiving the order.
